Tuesday, April 26, 2016. Fringe seems to be a current trend in scrapbooking supplies. I wanted to create a feature out of fringe in this layout, so I made a giant fringe heart! To soften the look a bit, I included vellum fringe in between the patterned paper fringe. I used the Crate Paper Hello Love collection, I am head over heals in love with this collection.
